Learn how message banking allows people at risk of losing their voice to maintain their identity by recording and banking personal messages. Review how to get started with the process, from determining messages to record to uploading recordings to the free, online message bank called myMessageBanking.com. When needed, your banked messages can be used within your communication software in a speech generating device.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Participants will state two benefits of message banking.
2. Participants will identify technical and content-based considerations for recording messages.
3. Participants will identify the steps needed to upload messages to a free, online message banking site.
